I represent children injured by vaccines, the parents of children who have died as a result of vaccinations, and adults injured by vaccines.
I have extensive experience in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
I have successfully represented clients in cases involving: the DTP vaccine, DTaP vaccine, MMR vaccine, Rubella vaccine, OPV (Oral Polio) vaccine, Hib (h-influenza type b) vaccine, DT vaccine, Tetanus vaccine and Hepatitis b vaccine.
Federal Appeals Court Cases:
Court of Federal Claims Cases:
Special Matter Decisions:
I have represented children injured by vaccines since I graduated from the J. Rueben Clark (BYU) Law School in 1984. As an associate and junior partner I assisted in defending the appeal of a jury verdict for a boy injured by DTP vaccine.
I represented the family of a boy who died as a result of a DTP vaccination in one of the first cases heard by the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. I represented the petitioners in two of the most influential decisions in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Shyface vs. HHS, 165 F3d 1344 (Fed. Cir. 1999) and Koston vs. HHS, 974 F.2d 157 (Fed. Cir. 1992)
I care about the children I represent. I am proud to apply my skill; experience; and resources to persue compensation for individuals injured by vaccines.
